At Lil Olives, every piece is handcrafted in limited quantities with exceptional attention to detail. We understand that fit and preferences matter, and we want you to feel confident in your purchase.
We offer exchanges or store credit within 7 days of delivery.
Eligibility
To qualify for an exchange or store credit:

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

All original tags must remain attached

Items must be returned in original packaging
All returned items are inspected upon receipt.
Exchanges
You may exchange your item for:

A different size
-
A different style
If the new item is higher in price, the difference will be payable at the time of exchange.
If the new item is lower in price, the remaining balance will be issued as store credit.
Customers are responsible for return shipping.
We cover the shipping cost for sending your exchanged item.
Store Credit
If you prefer not to exchange immediately, we can issue store credit for the product value (excluding shipping fees). Store credit may be used toward any future purchase.

Custom orders and final sale items are not eligible for exchanges or store credit.

Items showing signs of wear, washing, stains, perfume, or alteration cannot be accepted

Refunds to the original payment method are not offered at this time
As a limited production luxury brand, we operate in small handcrafted batches and appreciate your understanding.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@lilolives.com with clear photos of:

The packaging

The shipping label
Once verified, we will offer a replacement or a full refund to the original payment method.
Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible.
