At Lil Olives, each piece is thoughtfully crafted with care and attention to detail. As a small-batch, handmade brand, we follow a limited and mindful return policy.

Custom Orders

  • All custom-made products are final sale.

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom orders.

Damaged Products

  • We accept returns only if the product is received damaged.

  • Any damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Please email clear photos of the damage to support@lilolives.com for review.

Exchanges (Size Only)

  • We offer size exchanges only, subject to availability.

  • Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

  • The item must be:

    • Unworn

    • Unwashed

    • With all original tags intact

    • In original condition

Shipping

  • Return and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Lil Olives is not responsible for items lost in transit.
