If an order is canceled after payment has been processed, a full refund of the purchase price will be issued.

Product Information
Lil Olives strives to display products, colors, and details as accurately as possible. However, variations in monitor settings, screen displays, and device capabilities may affect how colors and fabrics appear.
Because our garments are handcrafted, slight variations in embroidery, embellishments, fabric placement, color tone, and finishing details may occur. These variations are part of the handmade nature of our products and are not considered defects.

Shipping
Ready-to-Ship Items
Ready-to-Ship pieces are stocked in California and typically ship within one business day.
Made-to-Order & Atelier Pieces
Made-to-Order and Atelier pieces are handcrafted after an order is placed. Production timelines vary by style and season and are provided as estimates only.
While we make every effort to meet estimated delivery timelines, Lil Olives shall not be liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, government agencies, labor disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Returns & Exchanges
At Lil Olives, each garment is thoughtfully handcrafted in small batches or made to order. To maintain the quality and integrity of our pieces, we offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery.
Exchange Eligibility
Items may be exchanged provided that:

The exchange request is submitted within 7 days of delivery.

The garment is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

All original packaging is included.

The Lil Olives return ribbon tag remains attached and intact.
Items returned without the original ribbon tag attached may not be eligible for exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
