What is Made-To-Order production?
Made to order means your piece is handcrafted after your order is placed. It is embroidered, tailored, and finished by hand in our atelier.
What is the difference between ready-to-ship and made-to-order pieces?
Ready-to-ship pieces are already made and ship from California. Made-to-order atelier pieces are handcrafted after your order is placed and take additional time.
How long does delivery take?
Ready-to-ship pieces typically arrive within 4–8 business days with our standard shipping. Made-to-order atelier pieces are typically delivered within approximately 18-20 business days.
Why are quantities limited?
Each piece is made in small batches by skilled artisans, so we intentionally limit production to preserve quality, craftsmanship, and thoughtful design.
Can I order a style after it sells out?
Select styles may reopen through made-to-order atelier production after a drop sells out, depending on fabric and atelier availability.
