We wanted to create clothing that feels worthy of those occasions—pieces that are beautiful, comfortable, and thoughtfully made. Based in the San Francisco Bay Area and handcrafted in India, Lil Olives brings together timeless design, traditional craftsmanship, and a love for celebrating childhood. Each piece is created in small batches by skilled artisans, with careful attention to detail and quality. We believe children's clothing should feel special—not only because of how it looks, but because of the care and craftsmanship behind it. Every Lil Olives piece is produced in small batches or made to order, allowing us to focus on quality, craftsmanship, and thoughtful production rather than excess inventory. We intentionally create limited quantities to reduce waste and ensure that each garment receives the care and attention it deserves. Our collections are designed to be treasured, passed down, photographed, celebrated in, and remembered long after the occasion has passed.

Behind every Lil Olives garment is a community of skilled artisans whose craftsmanship brings our designs to life. Many of our pieces feature hand-finished details, delicate embroidery, custom embellishments, and carefully selected fabrics that require time, patience, and expertise. FOUNDER’S NOTE
Creativity has always been part of my life.
I grew up in a family that has spent decades creating handcrafted luxury bridal wear. Some of my earliest memories are of beautiful fabrics, intricate embroidery, skilled artisans, and the process of transforming an idea into a garment that would become part of someone's most cherished memories.
While I chose to pursue a career in engineering and spent years working in the tech industry, I never lost my love for design. Alongside my career, I remained closely connected to my family's business, where I developed a deep appreciation for craftsmanship, attention to detail, and the artistry behind handmade clothing.
After becoming a mother, that lifelong love for design found a new purpose.
I loved dressing my children for birthdays, celebrations, and special occasions, often designing their outfits myself. I wanted pieces that felt beautiful and memorable, yet comfortable enough for little ones to run, play, and simply enjoy being children.
What began as a personal passion soon became the inspiration for Lil Olives.
Today, Lil Olives brings together the values that have shaped my journey: thoughtful design, traditional craftsmanship, and a belief that life's most beautiful moments deserve to be celebrated with intention.
