Once dispatched, standard U.S. delivery typically takes approximately 4–8 business days, depending on destination.
Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for customers who need their order sooner.

Rush Production
Shopping for a special event or date? Depending on artisan availability, select made-to-order styles may be eligible for expedited production for an additional $65 rush fee.

How do I know if a style is ready to ship or made to order?
Each product page clearly indicates whether a style is ready to ship or made to order, along with the estimated production or shipping timeline.
How quickly do ready-to-ship orders leave?
Ready-to-ship orders placed before 2:00 PM PST typically ship the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST typically ship the next business day.
How long do made-to-order pieces take?
Made-to-order styles typically require approximately 15 business days for production before shipping. Once dispatched, delivery generally takes an additional 4–8 business days.
You can expect to receive your order within approximately 20–22 business days from the date of purchase.
Can I request rush production?
